Our Mission
The mission of Lake Area United Way is to improve lives by
mobilizing the power of our communities. By seeking to address the
most critical local issues, we activate community resources by
allocating funds raised through community fundraising efforts.
We bring local agencies together to focus on the most important
human needs, by building partnerships and leveraging resources to
solve community problems.

We are a local autonomous organization making decisions based
on the needs of the local community. The staff and
volunteers are your friends, neighbors, and co-workers with a
vested interest in our area. Money raised through the annual
United Way campaign is used to provide services in the
communities where it is raised, the community where you live. |
